Section 260:135-7-218 - Affidavit of body change

If a vehicle is converted to another type, such as adding a fifth (5th) wheel to a truck to use as a truck tractor, a Body Change affidavit (SOk Form 701-9) must be completed. A title receipt showing the new designation and re-registration will be issued accordingly.
