Section 260:135-7-199 - Insurance fraud forfeiture sale

Requests for issuance of an Oklahoma title resulting from an insurance fraud forfeiture sale pursuant to the provisions of 36 O.S. § 365 must be reviewed by Service Oklahoma to ensure compliance with the conditions therein.
