Section 260:135-7-103 - Used motor vehicle dealer license plate

The application for a used motor vehicle dealer license plate and the license plate are issued through Service Oklahoma. Before accepting an application for a used motor vehicle dealer plate, the applicant must be licensed for each location by the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle and Parts Commission.
