Section 260:135-5-232 - Written notice of denial

Those applicants for instructor permits who are denied a permit by Service Oklahoma will receive written notice of reason for denial or suspension and be given an opportunity for hearing pursuant to OAC 260:135-1-9et seq. In accordance with the rules of this Chapter, an instructor's permit will be suspended upon failure to remain in compliance with instructor driving record requirements.
