Contracts and agreements entered into by the State Board of Education, by the Oklahoma Board of Career and Technology Education, or by Service Oklahoma or an individual certified school and Service Oklahoma, may be terminated by either party, by giving written notice to the other party, stating cause or reason for termination, as provided by the applicable memorandum of understanding.
