Section 260:135-5-62 - Right of appeal

Whenever Service Oklahoma denies or cancels a person's privilege to operate a motor vehicle relative to the person's physical or emotional condition, said person shall have the right of appeal to District Court as provided by 47 O.S. §6-211.
