Section 260:135-3-4 - Qualifications and requirements of a Licensed Operator

A Licensed Operator shall, at all times during his/her service as a Licensed Operator, be in compliance with all federal and state tax laws. Failure to so comply shall constitute grounds for the revocation of the license to operate a designated Service Oklahoma location.
