Section 260:135-1-11 - Hearing examinersThe Director of Service Oklahoma and/or the appointed Hearing Officers may have the following powers, in addition to all other powers specified in this chapter or by law:
(1) To give notice concerning reviews and hearings;(2) To administer oaths and affirmations;(4) To examine witnesses and take testimony;(5) To issue subpoenas, to take depositions, or cause depositions or interrogatories to be taken;(6) To rule upon offers of proof and to receive relevant evidence;(7) To hold conferences, before or during a hearing, for the settlement or simplification of issues;(8) To rule on motions and to dispose of procedural requests or similar matters;(9) To make initial or final decisions as provided herein or by law;(10) To take any other action authorized by this Chapter, the Administrative Procedures Act (75 O.S. §250 et seq.), or by any other applicable statute or rule.Okla.
