Section 260:130-21-170 - Purpose(a) The rules in this Part establish policies and procedures to implement the State Work Incentive Program.(b) The State Work Incentive Program is aimed at employing participants in the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Program in Oklahoma and vocational rehabilitation clients of the Department of Rehabilitation Services in entry-level positions within state service.
