Section 252:740-1-4 - Testing procedures

All methods of sample collection, preservation, and analysis used in implementing OAC 252:730 shall be in accordance with "The Guidelines Establishing Test Procedures for the Analysis of Pollutants" as provided by 40 CFR Part 136 or other procedures approved by the Oklahoma Laboratory Accreditation Program of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality or practices that are institutionally recognized and appropriate for the parameter of concern and documented in accordance with OAC 252:740-15-3(e) and (g).
