Section 252:710-1-9 - Certificate issuance prohibited

DEQ shall not issue a certification if the applicant:

(1) is not in compliance with the Act, the Code, or rules of DEQ;

(2) holds a revoked or suspended certification from a different operator level;

(3) was determined to have cheated on an operator certification examination;

(4) had any certification permanently revoked; or

(5) misrepresented or omitted material facts on an application within the past year.
