Section 252:690-3-50 - Development of permit limitations for the implementation of temperature criteria to protect the Fish and Wildlife Propagation beneficial use

MALT and WALT are calculated according to Equations E-7 and 8, respectively. If either the calculated MALT or calculated WALT exceeds 52°C, it is capped at 52°C. A DMLT of 52°C is required if T95, the calculated MALT or the calculated WALT exceeds 52°C.
