Section 252:633-1-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to implement the administrative and technical management of the Drinking Water Treatment Revolving Loan Account, referred to as the Oklahoma Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) as required by 82 O.S. § 1085.71et seq. These regulations are necessary to determine the eligibility and priority of entities to receive financial assistance under the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments of 1996.
