Section 252:631-3-22 - Security

A PWS system shall provide:

(1) fencing with locking gates;

(2) locks on access manholes;

(3) locks on wellheads and well houses; and

(4) other necessary precautions to prevent vandalism, pilfering, trespass, and sabotage.
