Section 252:628-5-1 - IPR Source Water Treatment Plant

IPRSWTPs shall be designed to meet the IPR benchmarks outlined in Subchapter 3 of this Chapter. Basic treatment components and concepts for all IPR SWTPs are defined below in this Subchapter.
