All information, reports, applications, plans, authorizations, sample results, notifications, or other communications, correspondence or other documents required to be filed or submitted to the DEQ under the provision of this Chapter shall be simultaneously filed in duplicate with one original submitted to the DEQ and a second original to the CTT. Where telephonic notice by telephone is required it shall be directed to the CTT and the CTT shall in turn provide telephonic telephone and written notice to the DEQ.
