Section 252:515-9-94 - Minimum number of samples

(a)Minimum requirements. Groundwater samples shall be collected and analyzed, as follows:

(1) during each sampling event, one sample from each downgradient well; and

(2) a minimum of four quarterly samples over one full year, or a number and frequency consistent with the appropriate statistical procedures and performance standards in the facility statistical analysis plan in 9-52 of this Subchapter, from each upgradient and downgradient well to establish background (unless already established) for any Appendix C constituents detected.

(b)Subset of wells. The DEQ may specify a subset of wells to be sampled and analyzed during assessment monitoring.
