Section 252:410-7-31 - DEQ reciprocity recognition

Out-of-state authorizations eligible for DEQ recognition are:

(1) NRC and Radioactive Materials licenses (Subchapter 10); and

(2) Radiation machine operating permits (Subchapters 3, 11, 13, 15 and 17).
