Section 252:307-9-22 - Reports to customers

Any analytical report given to a customer by an accredited laboratory shall identify:

(1) the analytes for which the laboratory is DEQ-accredited;

(2) the class of DEQ-issued accreditation of each analyte; and

(3) which analytes were subcontracted out for analysis and the subcontractor's accreditation number for each of the subcontracted analytes.
