Section 252:307-11-4 - Dispute resolution between primary and secondary accreditation bodies

If, in the opinion of DEQ, a secondary AB or primary AB does not take timely and appropriate action on DEQ's complaint, DEQ may notify the TNI Accreditation Council of the dispute between the two accreditation bodies regarding proper disposition of the complaint.
