Each accredited laboratory shall maintain a QA/QC program to demonstrate the precision and accuracy of analyses. The program shall be in place before accreditation is granted. For a minimum of five (5) years, each laboratory shall maintain records of all analyte accredited analyses, including but not limited to those necessary for a QA/QC program. Laboratories shall perform individual quality control for every analyte for which the laboratory is accredited or is applying for accreditation.
