Section 252:221-1-6 - Transitioning from Voluntary Cleanup Program to Brownfield Program

A participant in the Voluntary Cleanup Program may transition to the Brownfield Program by notifying the Brownfield Program in writing and meeting the requirements in the rules in this Chapter.
