Fees are payable to the DEQ. Monitoring fees and renewal fees are due and payable and must be postmarked within sixty days from the invoice date. Ranges of fees for permit application and application resubmittals, and facility monitoring are set by law. See 27A O.S. § 2-7-119. A late fee of 20% of the renewal fee will be charged as a penalty for late renewal of fees less than $10,000. For fees of $10,000 or more, see the penalty clause of 27A O.S. § 2-3-301. The DEQ will not re-assess fees at time of transfer of ownership if units and EPA I.D. number remain unchanged.
