Section 25:30-7-6 - Construction of works

A permit issued in accordance with the provisions of the Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act is valid only if the proposed structure has been constructed within ten (10) years of the issuance of a permit by the Department pursuant to Section 25:30-7-4.
