Section 25:30-1-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to set administrative rules for the implementation of HB 2919-the Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act. This chapter establishes the requirements and procedures to be followed by the Department in the administration and enforcement of its duties under Title 3, Oklahoma Statues, Section 120.1 for construction of structures in the vicinity of public-use airports.
