Section 25:25-1-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to set forth the requirements and criteria for aviation education programs to receive funding from the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics, and to establish the procedures to be followed by the Department in the administration and enforcement of its duties under Title 3, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 85.
