Section 230:35-9-21 - Purpose

The purpose of the rules in this subchapter is to establish a procedure to receive, review and resolve complaints of alleged violations of the provisions and requirements of Title III of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA). This procedure is required by Title IV of HAVA.
