This chapter contains rules, regulations, and procedures which pertain to various federal, state, and foundation grants. Specific grants are addressed by subchapter. Generally, application procedures; evaluation, selection, and/or approval of applications to be funded; program implementation; and program evaluation and reporting requirements are addressed. Major federal grant programs such as ESEA Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and Title II have been included in other chapters because of their major and direct impact upon instruction.
