Section 210:35-27-1 - Purpose and scope

This Subchapter contains rules and regulations for school districts to provide coursecredit and/or promotion to students in grades Kindergarten (K) through twelve (12) who demonstrate proficiency in a specified set of competencies through an evaluation and/or assessment in lieu of successful completion of all Carnegie units in a particular course. These rules relate to, and are in addition to, the accreditation standards set forth in Subchapters 1 through 13 of this Chapter.
