The following words and terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Superintendent" means, with the exception of requirements for certification, an elementary school superintendent, headmaster, or superintendent. [Reference: 210:35-3-46(b) ]
