Section 175:10-3-4 - Issuance of initial school license

(a) An initial school license may be issued upon satisfactory second inspection report and school bond in a form approved by the Office of the Attorney General.

(b) Once the initial school license is issued the school is approved to conduct courses in accordance with Board rules, regulations and cosmetology and barberlaw.
