Section 165:55-17-1 - Rules governing local exchange competition

The provisioning of local exchange service by any telecommunications service provider subject to the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, shall be subject to all requirements of 47 U.S.C. §251et seq. and OAC 165:55.
