Section 165:5-7-42 - Oil and gas conservation and pollution causes other than specifically provided

Notice of hearing for an order relating to oil and gas conservation or pollution, that is otherwise not specifically provided for in this Chapter, shall be published pursuant to 165:5- 7-1(n)(2).
