Section 165:30-17-71 - Creation of the hazardous waste transportation fund

Added at 18 Ok Reg 23, eff 10-11-00 through 7-14-01 (emergency)¹

¹This emergency action expired without being superseded by a permanent action. Upon the expiration of an emergency action enacting a new section, the section is no longer effective. Therefore, on 7-15-01 (after the expiration of the emergency action), the text of section 165:30-17-71 was no longer effective.
