Section 160:50-7-6 - Substantial Completion

(a) A buyer who has paid money in a presale arrangement may submit a written request to the Administrator for a refund under the Act. If the Administrator determines that the health spa has not satisfied the substantial completion requirement, the Administrator shall authorize repayment to the buyer from the presale funds held in the health spa's account, from the health spa's assets or from the health spa's bond, whichever is applicable.
