Section 158:70-5-1 - Home inspection license requirements

(a) No person s, on their ownbehalf for on behalf ofa firm or company engaged in home inspection work shall engage or offer to engage in, by advertisement or otherwise, any home inspection work who does not possess a valid and appropriate license from the Board, unless otherwise exempt by law.

(b) Any change in the principal business address of a licensee must be reported in writing to the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board within thirty (30) days of such change.
