Section 158:50-11-3 - License/registration revocation or suspension(a) The employment and use of unlicensed individuals performing mechanical work, the employment and use of individuals as apprentices without registration, or cheating may be considered justification to suspend or revoke said mechanical contractor's license based upon illegal use of license.(b) The repeated violation of any of the rules in this Chapter or any provision of the Act, or the violation of a multiple of any of the rules in this Chapter or provision of the Act, may be considered justification to suspend or revoke the licensee's license or the apprentice's registration.
