Section 158:30-3-2 - Procedures of the Hearing Board(a) The Hearing Board shall meet as often as is necessary to enforce the requirements of the Act and this Chapter. The Hearing Board shall be comprised of a designee of the Construction Industries Board and the Committee.(b) The standard of review to be used by the Hearing Board for individual proceedings concerning the work of contractors, journeymen and apprentices shall be the standard of installation referenced in OAC 158:30-1-4.Okla.
