Section 152:1-3-2 - Location

The Authority may convene at any location within the state of Oklahoma as the Authority may specify; provided, that unless otherwise specified, meetings shall be conducted at a room provided for that purpose at the St. John's Medical Center offices at 1924 South Utica, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

¹This emergency action expired before being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency action enacting a new Section, the Section is no longer effective. Therefore, on 7-15-03 (after the 7-14-03 expiration of the emergency action), Section 152:1-3-2 was no longer effective, and remained as such until added by permanent action on 8-25-03.
