Section 150:85-1-5 - Incorporated by reference

(a) The national standards for development of the State Plan/Final Statement are hereby incorporated by reference into the rules of this chapter. The standards are described by Congress in 42 U.S.C., 5301 et seq.; and by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development 24 CPR, Part 570, Subpart I, 570.488 et seq.; and in 24 CPR, Part 85, 85.1 et seq. Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Amendments Act of 1988, Public Law 100 -n, Title IV Housing Assistance, Subtitle B-Emergency Shelter Grant Program; and Federal Register, November 7, 198924 CPR Part 576 Emergency Shelter Grant Program and October 2, 199624 CPR Part 576 Streamlining the Emergency Shelter Grants Program, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Rules and Regulations, Final Rule; and Cranston-Gonzales National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, Public Law 101-625, Section 832; and Housing and Community Development Act of 1992, Public Law 102-550, Section 1404 (e) and 1402(b).

(b) Copies of these federal laws or regulations more fully describing the Emergency Shelter Grant Program may be obtained from the office of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Office of Community Development during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excepting legal holidays.
