Section 150:85-1-14 - Review and appeals process

(a) Applicants for Emergency Shelter Grants may review their application and program scores at any time after ratings and rankings have been released by the Department.

(b) Appeals shall not introduce new documentation that would change the basis on which a funding decision was made. Additionally, requests for appeal shall be made within thirty (30) days after the applicant has been notified that the application will not be funded.
