Section 150:55-1-7 - Reports

(a) Every participant in Oklahoma Main Street program shall submit monthly and annual reports.

(1) On a monthly basis each participant shall submit a private sector reinvestment summary which shall include:

(A) the number of facade renovations;

(B) the number of other rehabilitation projects and new construction projects;

(C) the number of buildings sold;

(D) the number of total business openings, relocations and expansions; and

(E) the net gain in jobs created.

(2) On an annual basis, each participant shall submit:

(A) a year-end community evaluation;

(B) an Oklahoma Main Street Agreement with workplan; and

(C) an evaluation of the Oklahoma Main Street program.

(b) Failure to submit the required monthly reports may result in suspension of services until the reports are brought current. Failure to submit yearly reports may result in loss of designation.
