Section 150:55-1-5 - Continuation of status

(a) Program participants selected under the provisions of this chapter may retain their status for three (3) years. An agreement may be signed to review the status following the year-end assessment visit. Failure to continue funding, maintain an organization, a program manager or submit required reports may result in loss of status.

(b) At the end of three (3) years, if the municipality continues to meet the criteria, the municipality may continue in the Oklahoma Main street program as a graduate town.
