Section 150:1-25-7 - Other criteria

Not all criteria listed in 150:1-25-6 shall be applicable to all projects; however, the identified need of an activity and the lawful responsibility of the Department shall be determining factors in funding of a particular project. Application packets for specific programs may specify additional or alternative criteria.
