Section 150:1-15-15 - Transmittal of confidential materials

In the event the record must be transmitted to a District Court for review, those parts of the record containing confidential materials shall be segregated and the court shall be notified at the time of transmission of the confidential nature of the records; the Department shall move the court to issue a protective order so that the materials will not be available to the extent that disclosure of any of the information would harm any financial interests or become broadcast.
