Section 140:3-3-8 - Board and Advisory Committee member and/or investigator not to communicate(a) The Board recognizes and asserts the necessity for all hearings and dispositive action by the Board to be conducted fairly and impartially.(b) The member of the Board shall not, unless required for the proper disposition of ex-parte matters authorized by law, communicate directly or indirectly in connection with any person, or party or his representative of a party, except upon notice and opportunity for all parties to participate. Members of the Board may continue to communicate with other members of the Board only during meetings or otherwise in compliance with the Oklahoma Open Meetings Act and may have the aid and advice of the Board's counsel.(c) Board members shall not communicate with any non-party or the Advisory Committee in regard to any active case, hearing, or other matter before the Board except the Board may receive the report of the Advisory Committee during a meeting of the Board following the investigation by the Advisory Committee.Okla.
