Okla. Admin. Code § 1:1963-1
By virtue of the authority vested in me by law it is hereby ordered that the office of the Oklahoma State Insurance Fund be placed under the merit system of personnel administration prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act, (74 O. S. Supp. 1959, Sections 801-819 inclusive), and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder by the State Personnel Board.
It is further ordered that the following position be exempt from this order: Commissioner and one Private Secretary: one Deputy Commissioner and one Private Secretary.
