Section 901:14-2-08 - Inspection and sampling(A) All hemp processing facilities shall be subject to inspection and sampling by the department for compliance with Chapter 928. of the Revised Code and this chapter.(B) Representatives of the department shall be provided with complete and unrestricted access to all hemp and other cannabis plants, and all land, buildings, and other structures used for the processing, handling, and storage of all hemp and other cannabis plants; and all locations listed in the license application.(C) Samples may be collected by the department and tested to determine compliance with Chapter 928. of the Revised Code andthis chapter.(D) All samples taken pursuant to the rule shall be provided for testing conducted by the department at no cost to the department. The samples become the property of the department and are non-returnable.Ohio Admin. Code 901:14-2-08
