Section 5122-30-02 - Applicability of rules(A) The provisions of this chapter are applicable to any facility in the state of Ohio that is a residential facility as defined in division (B) of section 5119.34 of the Revised Code, regardless of whether the facility holds itself out to be, or represents itself, as such a residential facility.(B) The rules in this chapter apply to each licensed residential facility, and any licensed residential facility must comply with the rules in this chapter independent of any other licensed residential facility.Ohio Admin.
