Section 5101:9-9-39 - ODJFS systems access and disclosures(A) Pursuant to federal and state law, and subject to rules 5101:9-22-15 and 5101:9-22-16 of the Administrative Code, the Ohio department of job and family services (ODJFS) may access and disclose information contained in systems controlled or maintained by the department, or controlled and maintained for the benefit of the department.(B) The department's access and disclosure shall be in furtherance of ODJFS program administration, and such disclosure may be subject to a written agreement.(C) Program administration includes, but is not limited to, ODJFS federal reporting and oversight requirements.(D) Any release of information shall preserve the confidential nature of the information.Ohio Admin.
